technique over the summer in a fun environment?
If so, the Plymouth State Future Champions Wrestling Camp is the place
for you!
The Plymouth State Intensive Wrestling Camp focuses on basic to advance
technique for elementary and middle school aged campers.
This camp focuses on proper drilling and technique in bottom, top, and
Neutral positions.
Who Can Attend: Grades 1st - 6th
Cost: $115
When: July 9th - 11th
Where: Plymouth State University (Plymouth, NH)
The Camp will include:
Technique Sessions
Unique Conditioning Workouts
Goal Setting Training
Drilling Sessions
Live Wrestling Sessions
Wrestling Tournament
Tentative Future Champions Camp Schedule
8:30am - Drop off at Plymouth State Athletic Center
8:30am-10:30am Session 1 Technique Session
11:30am-1:30pm Free Time/Lunch
2:00pm-4:00pm Session 2 Technique/Live Wrestling
4:30pm-6:00pm Dinner/Free Timer
6:30pm-8:00pm Session 3 Technique/Games
8:00pm - Pick Up at Plymouth State Athletic Center
Suggestions of What to Bring:
An extra Change of Clothes, Water Bottle, and Running Shoes
